Patient information in medical records
The Medical Records Department is responsible for maintaining the records and providing medical information whenever required.
The Medical Records Department operates on Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

The information will be provided according to the following criteria:
The patient gave consent to provide the medical information.
There is a legal obligation to provide the medical information.
The medical information is required by another practitioner for continuity of care of the patient.
The medical information is provided to another medical facility treating the patient, or to an employee of the same medical facility as part of processing, filing or legally reporting the information.
For your information, a photocopy of a record is subject to a fee in accordance with the Ministry of Health’s guidelines. The price is revised from time to time.
