Information applications during hospitalization
A photocopy of a medical record during hospitalization will be made according to the hospital’s procedures. The patient will sign a confidentiality waiver for whoever submits the application to the Medical Records Department on the patient’s behalf, together with the ID of the Patient and the applicant.
Please contact the department secretary or head nurse for assistance, and to coordinate a photocopy of the sought file/information with the Medical Records Department.
Laniado Hospital was founded in 1976 by the late Rabbi Yekusiel Yehuda Halberstam, Sanz Klausenberg Rebbe, who lost his wife, eleven children and many relatives in the Holocaust. He remained alone to deal with the unbelievable suffering of that period on his own. Many miracles and amazing tales are told about the Rabbi’s path in the Holocaust.
